High-temperature HEPA filter is a deep-pleat structure. It is made of high-temperature resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil separator, stainless steel frame, and special high-temperature resistant sealant.
Each of them is strictly tested and resistant. High-temperature filters are mainly used in equipment and systems that require high-temperature air purification such as ultra-clean ovens, super-cleaning machines, and chemical industries.

  • The filter medium has 180-degree pleats on both sides, the two indentations when the filter material is bent make it open into a wedge layer at the end of the separator and prevent the filter material from being damaged.
  • The unique frame design of a 1.5-2.00mm stainless steel frame increases the overall strength
  • High-quality glass fiber filter paper of 4mm increases its dust-holding capacity, large resistance, and high filtration efficiency.
  • 0.03mm aluminum foil partition in a corrugated structure not only can protect the filter paper from damage but also can reduce the wind speed evenly through the resistance

Frame Material:

Aluminum profile, aluminum plate, galvanized sheet stainless steel frame can be selected below 250 Celsius. Above 250 degrees Celsius, a stainless steel frame must be used.
